get started on your next ironman journey with a 3 - 4 phase build, spanning 30 - 40 weeks, depending on your preferred ramp.
(please note our ironman training plan recommends racing a half ironman as part of the build.)
our training plans are built on an easy-to-follow weekly structure, leveraging time-based training to allow for streamlined planning.
consistency is key and we’re confident you’ll be able to follow this plan if you can dedicate the time to training!
weekday training is between 1 - 2 hours per day and weekend training spans from 1 - 6 hours per day, sustainably building up to longer duration rides & runs.

we’re a trio of friends who were teammates on a collegiate club triathlon team. we fell in love with the sport a decade ago and never looked back. we’re committed to continuously learning about the sport through training, competition, and education. we’re dedicated to helping those new to the sport, or those looking to create a healthy balance as a triathlete, understand and execute training strategies.
